The Digital Revenue Summit kicks off Tuesday in Chicago. The program is packed with an unbelievable amount of terrific content.
Here are three things we’re most excited about it:
1. The winners!
We just love seeing the winners from our Digital Innovation Awards get recognized for their terrific work. And it’s a double benefit at this conference because many of those award winners present on what they won for. And the takeaways are just incredible. You’ll not only be inspired by their work but you’ll leave feeling motivated to go try some of what they have done.
2. The future!
Tom Sly, VP Digital Revenue, E.W. Scripps Company and Jason Jedlinski, VP Product Management, USA TODAY NETWORK will kick things off with a really interesting conversation on where they think there are future opportunities in the digital space over the next 12-18 months. They’ll lay out their bets and explain where and why they are investing. We recently talked with Sly about the evolution that’s happening at Scripps. Read it here for a preview of what’s to come in this session.
3. Sales Transformation!
Many companies have made bold moves in the past year to completely transform their approach to sales and a session that gets this going on Wednesday morning will dive into what a few companies are doing here. This isn’t just tinkering, we’re talking about major overhauls and changes in structure. You’ll hear from the following:
- Greg Peterson, President, Deseret Digital Media
- Catherine Badalamente, VP Digital, Graham Media Group and Ashley Parker, General Sales Manager, KSAT-TV, San Antonio
- Blair Heavey, President of Sales, GateHouse Media
