Changes, new opportunities at Local Media Association

In a year full of changes, Local Media Association is preparing for a few of its own.

After four years at LMA, Jed Williams, chief strategy officer, will be leaving the association at the end of July. He will explain more about what’s next for him in the coming days, via the LMA website.

Meanwhile, LMA has begun searching for a new chief strategy officer to lead strategy and key programs of Accelerate Local, LMA’s business model accelerator; lead or participate on teams that plan experiential learning programs such as Chief Digital Clubs and Innovation Missions; and contribute to overall LMA operations, communications, fundraising/fund programs, member service and industry support. If you are interested in applying, or know someone who would be a great fit for this job, please see the job description and application form.

Also, as previously announced, LMA seeks a managing director for its new Center for Journalism Funding. See the job description and application form for details.
