Google recently unveiled an updated set of tools to enable publishers to easily extract insights from their audience funnel data that can be translated into immediate action, driving both reader engagement and revenue. These include version 2.0 of News Consumer Insights and Realtime Content Insights, as well as the release of News Tagging Guide, which aids news organizations with collecting deeper data. All are free and freely available to any publisher using Google Analytics.
