GateHouse Media porting all its data into single customer view

As part of the Local Media Association Boston Innovation Mission, attendees are sharing their top takeaways in a series of short stories. On Tuesday, the group visited GateHouse Media.


The challenge: Leadership says the future of GateHouse Media will be achieved by becoming the data expert in each of its markets.
The solution: GateHouse is creating a Single Customer View by building a consumer data warehouse by centralizing all of the data across multiple platforms they have (i.e. DMP, promotions data, subscriber data, other partners like obits, classifieds, etc).
