2018 Innovation Mission Report

Innovation Mission participants spent three hours at the end of the recent trip debriefing and sharing top takeaways. Much of the conversation focused on the culture at Amazon, and specifically their obsession with the customer. The group was also very inspired by the innovative cultures built at TEGNA and The Seattle Times. And they were intrigued by what they learned at the Mercer Innovation Hub when it comes to fixing our industry’s human capital problems.

All of this is covered in the 32-page report chronicling the IM.
