Social News Desk is the predominant social media solution for newsrooms – giving thousands of journalists ways to strategically publish & schedule social content with evolved, newsroom-specific features through our SND Dashboard. We offer innovative and simple revenue solutions to help news orgs make money using intelligent social tools through SND Campaigns Manager and SND’s Dynamic News Ads.

Is your company offering any new products or services since COVID-19? Please describe.

We are! We’ve worked with hundreds of newsrooms in their work-from-home settings to find new ways to tackle their goals – like drive tune-in, get more newsletter signups, and drive app downloads during these important days of nonstop news. We’ve also found new ways to help newsrooms build up Messenger contacts. Great way to deliver personalized news that your audience cares about.

Since our launch in early November, we’ve had nearly 250 people subscribe to over 300 content topics. That’s an extra 250 people receiving our web stories in a personal message at least once a day, every day. This feature will give us a new demographic to look at, a new user base to target, and plenty of opportunity to strategize what gets sent to those inboxes.
