Andiara is currently Executive Vice-President of Product and Operations at Grupo RBS – one of the major media groups in Brazil -, dedicated to cultural change, digital shift and financial turn around of television, radio, newspapers and digital businesses. Leading all newsrooms, subscription businesses, digital strategy, technology and operations.
Before taken this position at RBS, Andiara was for over 15 years digital entrepreneur and venture capitalist leading startups and investment portfolios in the Brazilian landscape. Focused on value creation, new business growth, digital transformation and turnarounds. Former VP of Newspapers and Executive Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management at e.Bricks Digital – Grupo RBS’ investment company dedicated to digital sector in Latin America – and CEO at Predicta – leading Brazilian adtech company – and founder and CEO of Grupo Bolsa de Mulher – largest digital media group for women in Brazil. Serves on the board of several companies.
Andiara has MA and BA degrees in Media and Communications from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Scholar at Brown University. Co-author of the book “Poderosas Consumidoras: o que quer e pensa a nova mulher brasileira”. Nominated Women to Watch Brazil 2017 by Meio&Mensagem/AdAge.
